#0053 filter excludes too much  

One of the open issues on fry-it issuetracker (0020) doesn't show when filtering "open only". It belongs to "issuetracker" section and when listing that only, it shows up and is open.

No longer a problem with the new filter functionality. Now when you start a new filter (like clicking "open only") it zaps all old stuff and start over.
