The reason is that Konquerer wrongfully thinks that the onchange event on the "Use keyboard shortcuts" has been pressed. Perhaps this should be a "onclick" event?

It's a bug in Konquerer that is fixed in the next alpha release :(

Will do something about it iff someone else complains about it. If no more complaints I can complete this issue.

I've put in a javascript hack now that stops the checkbox functionality to work for Konqueror. This at least stops the infinite redirection and if a Konqueror user really needs these controls they can set them on a different computer since it's remembered server side.
