#0830 Can't block anonymous access & add issue
I've disabled anonymous access in the Issue Tracker instance and tried restricting view access in Zope but if a user goes to the Issue Tracker and cancels the login prompt the arrive at teh Issue Tracker with a warning "System error
The IssueTrackerProduct encountered a system error that was unexpected. The errors were:
Error type: Unauthorized
Error Message: You are not authorized to access this resource."
They are then able to add an issue.

The anaonymous users aren't able to see any of the open jobs but they are able to click the "Add Issue" Tab and create a new issue.
Their user name comes up as secret.
