#0898 Notification to all addressees?
We get issues sent in via email from specific members of a development team that is copied to the whole development team. This issue will often be followed up on by another team member as the next shift (off-shore) comes on line. Is it possible to have the standard notification on creation of a new issue sent to all addressees on the initial email request? This way they can all respond to the correct thread.
What I am thinking of, is, a "reply-to-all", instead of "reply-to-sender" function in the script that creates the auto response. I would be happy to work on this myself if someone would point me to the script that generates the auto response email.
